  • Done through direct advertisement. In the case of ex-servicemen personnel, such staff is sourced from the Regimental Centers / personnel sponsored by the DGR.
  • Stringent physical, education and mental standards.
  • Thorough verification of antecedents including police verification.


14 days intensive training program including 2 days of field training that is customized as per the client segment. ( separate for corporate/ Service industry like , Hospitality Industry/ Hospitals/ Education Institutes/ Malls, Manufacturing, unit and Residential townships.)


  • Familiarization with company sites / facility, key personnel, background information and the client’s needs.
  • Duties at posts, frisking, search procedures, material and personnel entry / Exit procedures.
  • Conduct towards staff including the outsourced personnel, visitors / guests, vendors and VIPs. Emphasis on courtesy and salutations etc.
  • Documentation at various posts. Duty in parallel Day and Night Shift. VIP/Visitor/attendant/clients visit program.
  • Written test and induction based on performance in the test and suitability.
